The backbone of value creation for all companies is efficient IT. But there are still a few questions which need answering:

• Do the business administrators/economists understand the IT-personnel?
• Does the IT-personnel understand the business administrators/economists?
• What are the standards on which one should build?
• Is building on standards really always the best and most profitable/economic solution?
• The IT costs often seem to be just a "black box". Can these costs be reduced and at the same time achieve even better results?
